Wayback machine: London calling
I had a business trip to London in February of 2006. It was my first time in the UK, and hopefully will not be my last. I had meetings Monday through Wednesday, so I flew over Saturday night and had the day on Sunday to wander around. Here's the requisite shot of the Parliament building:

Those of you who know my fear of heights will be amazed: Yes, I went up in that thing, which goes 400+ feet (135 meters) into the air. It was very cool.
